It is with great admiration and pride that I acquaint you with many facets of Anjuman Islam’s first Girls’ School established in 1939 – “Saif Tyabji Girls’ High School and Junior College”.

          Right from its inception, the school enjoys an enviable reputation among Urdu schools for its academic excellence and outstanding performance. This was made possible with the untiring and relentless efforts of a pro-active and inspiring management, and dynamic and visionary principals, dedicated and motivated staff members, eager enthusiastic students and an extremely supportive parent community.

It is said that in today’s competitive world, “We have to run faster to be at the same position”. Hence striving for excellence is the ongoing mission of the Anjuman family. It is our endeavour to provide quality education by equipping our students with skills, confidence and a positive approach to have an all-round development which prepares them to face the challenges of tomorrow.

          In order to achieve this goal, we also realise the importance of upgrading and enhancing the professional competencies of our staff members, especially Teachers. This is done by organising regular in-house professional development programmes; such as the use of latest technology, innovative teaching practices, classroom management, counselling techniques, soft skills, content development and updates about the educational policies of the Government.

          We also acknowledge the role of parents as an integral part in their children’s education, hence, welcome their feedbacks and inputs and hope that they work hand in hand with the school as partners in achieving the objectives and goals of the institution.
